At Caring Connections, we provide Supervised Visitation Services that offer a safe and nurturing space where children can spend meaningful time with a parent, guardian or loved one. 

Our goal is simple: to protect the emotional and physical well-being of every child, while giving families a chance to stay connected in a positive and healthy way. We approach every visit with warmth, neutrality and deep commitment to making every experience as comfortable and reassuring as possible.

As Supervised Visitation monitors, we play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of children during visits with the non-custodial parent or guardian. Our main responsibility is to observe and document the interaction; to ensure that the visit is safe, appropriate and follows any court-ordered guidelines. 

On-Site Visits

On-Site Visits will take place at our visitation room located in Downtown Los Angeles — less than a mile from the Stanley Mosk Courthouse. Families are encouraged to bring toys and games to make the visit more enjoyable. Our room has a full-size kitchen, comfy couches and lots of tables and chairs for games and crafts. 

  • $75/hour | 2-hour max
  • Intake: $75 per parent

Off-Site Visits

Off-Site Visits are available to families who have established trust and consistency with us. We carefully assess suitability of off-site visits based on family circumstances and court-orders. Families are able to spend time together in an approved public setting such as parks, libraries or family- friendly venues.

  • $75/hour + mileage
  • Intake: $75 per parent

Supervised Exchanges

Supervised Exchanges allow for a safe transfer of the child from parent to parent.
  • $50 per exchange
  • Intake: $50 per parent
